Conditions All our properties are definitely non-smoking accommodation - both inside and out. Many clients choose us for this reason. We charge a $200 cleaning fee if smoking has occurred.
Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit or acceptance of your booking ensures you have a roof over your head for the dates you have booked. Likewise, Studio Q does not accept cancellations and you are liable to pay for the total length of stay. If I can relet I will refund your booked nights less 20%.
Damage Policy Significant damage must be paid for.
